Renovation has created more yacht space last few years but it’s still a working harbour mainly used by local fishermen. Go bow or stern-to the quay where you find a space with room for a few boats at the eastern end and a couple of quay spots on the northern side to rake a line to. Several tavernas ashore and the harbour is popular with flotillas. Water on the quay and showers available in the waterside tavernas. Provisions are available in the mini-market. It is adviced to use tripping lines as ground tackle near fishing boat berths can foul anchors. Anchoring is possible south of the quay in Lefkimi Bay in 5-10m with reasonable holding in mud, sand and weed patches.
