Located at the western end of Vis at the back of the enormous natural amphitheater of Zaljev Komiza. This impressive town and busy fishing port has a long harbour wall with mooring depths of 2-3 metres (some sources suggest 4 metres). Mooring is stern or bow to, with lazy-lines. Deputy harbour master/dock hands are available to assist and will direct you to where they want you to tie up. This is a popular harbour with many restaurants and is often busy and is frequently full before 16:00 hrs. Put out plenty of fenders on both side as they tend to wedge boats in very tight.
